According to Ms Christine Li, Research Head at Cushman & Wakefield, Jurong Gateway will become the most ideal suburban location for company headquarters for firms in the business services, education and science and technology sectors that have or will have businesses in Malaysia.

Urban Redevelopment Authority CEO Ng Lang said the area around the terminal station will be developed into 'an attraction mixed-use development precinct for business'.
This will include developing uses for office, for hotel, for retail, for entertainment, he said.
